Drug Policy Forum
The Program will focus on Governor Christie's recent announcement for non-violent offenders (current and future) to receive drug treatment for substance abuse rather than prison. A NJ focused-Panel will discuss how the process might work in NJ and a second panel will discuss other approaches to treating drug offenders.
