Your Voice Matters
Greetings, Rutgers School of Criminal Justice Alums
My name is Nancy La Vigne, and I’m the Dean of the Rutgers School of Criminal Justice.
As a graduate of the school myself (PhD 1996), I value the opportunity to connect with our alumni community—to hear your ideas, learn from your experiences, and explore how the school can better serve and partner with you. Your insights are invaluable as we continue working to strengthen our programs, deepen our impact, and support the next generation of criminal justice leaders.
Following the success of our previous conversations, we will be hosting Listening Sessions again this spring and I would be delighted for you to join us. These sessions provide an opportunity for open dialogue about the school’s future and your role in it. Whether you’re interested in mentoring students, collaborating on research, or simply sharing your journey since graduation, I would welcome the chance to hear from you.
There are six sessions in total — two for each alumni group — PhD Grads, Master’s Grads, Bachelor’s Grads. Please choose a session that corresponds with your Rutgers School of Criminal Justice degree.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link a few days prior to your session.
Thank you for being part of the Rutgers SCJ alumni community. I look forward to meeting you (or reconnecting) and learning how we can grow together.
