SCJ Instructor Dr. Beth Adubato Interviews Dr. William Terrill, SCJ ’94

Dean McCarthy: “Inspiring interview in which Dr. Terrill talks about his journey from a police officer in the Air Force to graduate study at Rutgers School of Criminal Justice, to his position as Professor in the School of Criminology & Criminal Justice at Arizona State University (ASU) and his appointment as Associate Dean of Watts College of Public Service & Community Solutions at ASU. Dr. Terrill talks about his path-breaking work with the Phoenix police department, exploring how officers think about the situations in which they may use deadly force.
