Dr. Victor Rios invited to Vice President Joe Biden’s house
The Racial Democracy and Criminal Justice Network’s Dr. Victor Rios was invited to Vice President Joe Biden’s house for Latino Heritage Month. Dr. Rios had an opportunity to talk with Vice President Biden about his research on punitive policing in marginalized communities.
