Bio
Anthony M. Azari is a Ph.D. student in the Rutgers School of Criminal Justice. His research agenda focuses on risk assessments, pretrial release, and pretrial supervision practices. His other research interests included drug policy and offender reentry. His recent research has recently appeared in the Journal of Criminal Justice Behavior. Anthony received both his B.A. and M.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Northern Colorado. Anthony’s previous work experience includes an Internship with the Colorado Public Defender’s Office Judicial District 19, AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer Project Coordinator for the Weld County United Way, and has worked with the Colorado General Assembly.
