Bio
Dr. Taylor received her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in criminal justice from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Her research areas are violence, drugs-crime linkages, drug use measurement, and health disparities and crime.
Prior to coming to FSU, Dr. Taylor was a project director at the National Development Research Institutes, Inc., where she participated in research on quality-of-life policing, the accuracy of self-reported substance use, and sweat testing of drugs, among other topics.
