Bio

Marc is currently a M.A. Candidate at the Rutger’s School of Criminal Justice.  He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political-Science from Rutgers-New Brunswick.  Marc is currently a Court Representative at the Manhattan Criminal Court.  He is a native of Haiti; migrated to the U.S at the age of thirteen,  and he plans on engaging in research partnerships to develop a more effective criminal justice system in his home country.
